The room was spacious and well-maintained. The location made it easy to explore the area, being just a short walk to the nearest subway station. I found the neighborhood lively with plenty of dining options nearby, which fit well with my family-oriented travel plans. I did encounter an issue with the check-in process where the reception staff was quite agitated. This left me with an uncomfortable feeling at the start of my stay.

In my wife’s opinion, a lift would greatly improve access for families with little ones.

Good value for budget travelers

So, I was surprised by the overall cleanliness and how many amenities they had for just a 2-star place. I got a nice upgrade on arrival too, which was a pleasant shock since I booked a single and ended up with two double rooms next to each other. That was a win.

Had an awesome time with friends! We took the Jubilee line to North Greenwich for The O2, then the Metropolitan line to Wembley for a match. The room was spacious and tidy, and the staff helped with our bags after checkout. Highly recommend for a fun group escape!

The shower was a bit awkward since it was not attached at a normal height, making it hard to use comfortably.

The lack of an elevator is a real hassle if you're on a higher floor!!! Stairs can be quite exhausting, and without air conditioning, the rooms can get uncomfortably warm during hot weather!!!

Loved the spacious family room with a handy kitchenette! Spotless with a lovely vibe—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, they were super accommodating with our early check-in.

But, oh dear, the shower was so tiny I almost called for backup! And let's just say the wifi was slower than a snail on holiday.

The thin, crispy fries at nearby Nando's Baker Street are a must-try! Plus, I loved that the room came with a kitchenette—perfect for whipping up a midnight snack. The friendly staff really made us feel at home, too!

The only cheeky downside was the endless stairs—climbing to the top was a workout and a half! The bathroom was a bit snug, but everything else was fab.

I had a lovely stay where I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the comfy bed that made my work trip so much easier. The hotel offers a nice little lounge area to unwind and a cozy spot to enjoy breakfast. There was a bit of noise from the main road, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊
